Software purchases are ineligible for return.

 
  1. Is there sales tax on Synthline products?

Sales/use tax is collected on the purchase of products through Synthline.  If you are non-profit organization that qualifies for sales-tax exemption, then please contact support (support@synthline.com) to establish sales-tax exempt account.

 
  1. Do I need a registered account to purchase products on Synthline?

As with everything at Synthline, it’s all about your experience!
